2026 Board of Directors Meetings: 
The Mt. Lebanon Youth Cheerleading Association Board of Directors will convene meetings at least quarterly, with additional meetings scheduled as necessary to fulfill fiduciary responsibilities. 

Meeting Accessibility & Participation

• Advance notice of each meeting will be provided to board members and made available to the membership. Members are welcome to attend board meetings unless a portion of the meeting is designated as executive session.

• Current members are welcome to address the Board during scheduled meetings by submitting an email request at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting.

• For urgent matters, members may contact the President directly at any time.
